1. Company Information

ARM Creative Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Pakistan, operating a SaaS platform offering web development, software development, cloud services, and remote IT support.

2. Scope of Services

• Custom web design and development
• Custom software development and SaaS solutions

• Remote IT support and managed IT services
• Digital strategy and technology consulting

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services.

3.2 Permitted Use

You agree to use our services solely for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit any unsolicited promotional or advertising material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or related systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or re-sell any part of our services without express written consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and materials on this platform are the exclusive property of ARM Creative Solutions (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal or business purposes only.

5. Client Accounts & Credentials

Where clients are provided with login credentials or API access, they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such credentials. ARM Creative Solutions shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscription-based SaaS fees are billed in advance on the agreed billing cycle
• Late payments may attract a service fee of 2% per month on the outstanding amount

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARM Creative Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

9. Modifications to Terms

ARM Creative Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
